Tara Muzychenko

Corporate Director of Property Management

Ms. Muzychenko joined DPI in October, 2001 and is responsible for all aspects of property management for DPI’s Southern California and Utah properties including overseeing tenant and capital improvements, implementing lease renewals and managing general maintenance.

Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Muzychenko worked for nine years for Hilton Hotels at various levels within the catering department including Director of Catering and Sales Manager where she oversaw new corporate business development and corporate events. Prior to Hilton, Ms. Muzychenko was an active member of the United States Navy for three years in Jacksonville, Florida, where she worked as a Data Processing Technician for the local helicopter squadron. Ms. Muzychenko attended Andrew College in Cuthbert, Georgia. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

 

Kym Anderson

Regional Director of Property Management

Ms. Anderson joined DPI in April, 1995 and is responsible for all aspects of property management for DPI’s Southern California and Northern California properties including overseeing tenant and capital improvements, implementing lease renewals and managing general maintenance.

Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Anderson gained 17 years of experience in property management, leasing, tenant improvement and construction with companies such as Farallon Real Estate Services in Santa Monica, CA, Koll Management Services in Irvine, CA and Sierra Capital in Rolling Hills, CA. She has extensive experience designing and implementing programs for specialty leasing, marketing and operations that improve the profitability of centers.

Ms. Anderson holds an A.S. in Business from the University of Utah, and is actively involved in continuing education programs including management development through the International Council of Shopping Centers and financial analysis through the Leasing Institute. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

 

Sue Knapp, CPM, RPA

Regional Property Manager

Ms. Knapp joined DPI in April, 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of property management for DPI’s Northern California properties including overseeing tenant and capital improvements, implementing lease renewals and managing general maintenance.

Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Knapp was the General Manager for over one million square feet of retail space for Pan Pacific Retail Properties and Western Properties Trust, both self-administered and self-managed REITs with properties in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Since 1983, Ms. Knapp has successfully managed and leased retail centers, office and light industrial parks throughout Northern California.

Ms. Knapp holds a B.A. in English from Southern Illinois University, as well as both the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. She is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

 

Michelle Olson, ACoM

Regional Property Manager

Ms. Olson joined DPI in March, 2015 and is responsible for all aspects of property management for several of DPI’s Southern California properties, including overseeing tenant and capital improvements, implementing lease renewals, and managing general maintenance.

Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Olson was responsible for management of property portfolios consisting of retail, office, industrial and multi-family with companies such as Black Equities Group in Beverly Hills, CA and William Holdings in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Olson holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, and is actively involved in continuing education programs through the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Institute International. She is an Accredited Commercial Manager through IREM, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

 

Stan Sunday

Regional Manager, Leasing & Property Management

Stan recently joined the DPI Retail team as the Regional Manager, Leasing & Property Management for its Utah properties. Stan has been successfully meeting the needs of clients for over 38 years primarily in the real estate industry. He has served as the Director of Global Corporate Services in the Salt Lake City, Utah office for CBRE Inc., the largest commercial real estate company in the world with over 52,000 employees. His industry background is extensive both internationally as well as domestically to include transaction management, site acquisitions, dispositions, property management, leasing and sales, lease administration, coordination of project management, market analysis, consulting and development.

He has completed transactions all across the globe including the United States, Canada, South America, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe, and Australia.

His experience helped him save one client over $1.4 million in rental income in just 14 months.

During his employment in the Shopping Center industry, he managed an $82,000,000 shopping center, with 62 employees and an $1,500,000 annual operational budget.

He has also owned and operated his own real estate company, Sunday Consulting, Inc. since 2002.

During the past 37 years, he has closed over 475 lease transactions both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he is fluent in both English and Spanish.
