Ms. Delahoussaye joined DPI in July, 1989 and provides support to the company President, Allen Lynch, in development and operations including acquisition, redevelopment, financing, sales and property management, as well as acting as a liaison with third parties such as lenders, attorneys, brokers and contractors. Ms. Delahoussaye is also responsible for office management including human resources, the training and supervision of administrative staff, procurement, and the maintenance of information technology.
Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Delahoussaye worked for Trammel Crow Company as a Marketing Assistant for a 105,000 square foot specialty retail shopping center in Austin, Texas, and as a Loan Secretary for Richmark Bank, a privately-owned commercial bank in Houston, Texas.
Ms. Delahoussaye holds an A.S. from Santa Monica College and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. She also holds an Interior Design Certification and is a California Public Notary.
Ms. Romero joined DPI in February, 2011 and is responsible for accounting activities such as managing tenant ledgers, processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly management reports and assisting with tax returns.
Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Romero worked as a Junior Accountant for Integrated Support Solutions, Inc., a hospitality service company in Van Nuys, CA. At Integrated, Ms. Romero was responsible for maintaining the general ledger and pay vendor invoice system, as well as assisting human resources with payroll and benefits for over 400 employees. Ms. Romero also worked at Ana’s Business Services, a tax preparer in Van Nuys, CA where she maintained bookkeeping and prepared various tax documents.
Ms. Romero holds an A.S. in Liberal Arts from Pierce College and a B.A. in Accountancy and Information Systems from California State University at Northridge. She volunteers for several non-profit organizations, including The WayFarer Foundation, the West LA Shelter, NKLA, Best Friends Animal Society, Karma Rescue, and currently with Paws For Life K9 Rescue.
Ms. Padian joined DPI in 1986 and is primarily responsible for administrative support to the CEO, Peter W. Doerken. Ms. Padian also provides administrative support to DPI including performing clerical duties, scheduling travel arrangements, reconciling DPI’s monthly accounts payable and maintaining human resources files.
Ms. Harris joined in May of 2016 as an Executive Assistant providing additional support to the CEO with a major emphasis on philanthropy and corporate social responsibility and the Peter & Candis Doerken Foundation.
Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Harris gained valuable experience providing executive support in residential real estate for over twelve years at Realty Executives International. There she was responsible for the corporate charity and Habitat for Humanity, including fundraising and organizing volunteer build days.
Ms. Svihra joined DPI in October 2018. She is responsible for all lease administration, including drafting and abstracting tenant leases and numerous other tenant documents, as well as the maintenance of commercial tenant lease information, and assisting with property refinances, dispositions and acquisitions. Ms. Svihra also provides support to the Asset Management and Property Management departments.
Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Svihra’s experience in retail real estate spanned twenty+ years with Forest City in the areas of property management, leasing analysis, lease administration, and FP&A, actively involved in day-to-day operations and the financial performance of their west coast portfolio of retail shopping centers. She is a California Public Notary.
Assistant Property Manager
Ms. Lozano joined DPI in September, 2018 and assists Corporate Director of Property Management, Michelle Olson, with the responsibility for all aspects of property management for DPI’s Northern and Southern California properties.
Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Lozano gained five years of experience in property management and leasing in both commercial and multi-family residential with companies such as Veritas Investments in San Francisco, Aralon Properties in San Francisco and Polaris Property Management in Torrance, California. Ms. Lozano also spent two years working for Huntsman Architectural Group in San Francisco and gained experience in understanding the exterior and interior design of corporate, retail and residential markets.
Ms. Lozano is currently continuing her education in Real Estate by taking BOMI International courses to obtain her Property Administrator Certificate (PAC) and aspires to obtain a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification as well.
Ms. Leamina joined DPI in October 2018 as a Staff Accountant.
Prior to joining DPI, Ms. Leamina worked for 6 years as a Staff Accountant for Nuove Sales, Inc., a consulting service company in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Leamina was responsible for six sets of books and provided 360-degree accounting services to clients such as supervision of AP, AR processing, reconciliations, payroll, preparation of financial statements, budget variance analysis, product inventory and cash management. Ms. Leamina has 8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
