DPI President Allen J. Lynch Awarded Inaugural CRX Designation by ICSC
New York, January 6, 2014 – Allen J. Lynch, President of Santa Monica-based DPI, is one of 752 real estate executives world-wide who are part of the inaugural class of executives awarded the Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) designation by the International Council of Shopping Centers, the shopping center industry’s global trade organization. As part of its Professional Certification Program, ICSC grants CRX certification in recognition of mastering retailing and retail property knowledge related to the performance, profitability and executive leadership of industry organizations.
Over 60% of the inaugural CRX Executives are corporate officers in their company, half of whom hold a chief executive role as the owner, CEO, president, principal, partner, chairman or managing director. The CRX designation is awarded to industry professionals that have mastered a comprehensive body of retail property knowledge and executive leadership including asset management, development, redevelopment, finance, accounting, leasing, revenue generation, retailing, marketing, communications, and real estate law.
