White Road Plaza in San Jose Increases Occupancy to 99% with Four New Tenants

White Road Partners, LLC has secured four new tenants for White Road Plaza, located at the intersection of Story and White Roads in East San Jose, CA. The four new tenants (dd’s Discounts, Foothill Community Health, Papa Chau’s Chinese Restaurant, and Tim’s BBQ Pit) total 32,650 square feet. The new leases bring the 152,000-square-foot shopping center to 99 percent occupancy. White Road Plaza is anchored by Mi Pueblo, a very successful Latino supermarket, Rite-Aid, and dd’s Discounts.

dd’s Discounts, a 25,500 square foot clothing and home goods chain store owned by Ross Dress For Less, is planning an early 2014 opening. Foothill Community Health Center, a vital health care facility for uninsured and low-income families, opened a 4,800-square-foot clinic on August 3rd, 2013. Tim’s BBQ Pit, leasing 1,250 square feet, and Papa Chau Chinese Restaurant, leasing 1,200 square feet, plan to open in early October 2013. One 2,000-square-foot unit remains available for lease.
