DPI Industrial Park

Acquired by DPI in 2018, the DPI Industrial Park serves as the corporate headquarters for DPI and hosts a new warehouse service facility for Rivian Automotive Inc. Strategically situated within the El Segundo Office & Technology District, this 38,134 square foot building underwent extensive interior and exterior renovations during the summer of 2019.   Notable features include several minutes to LAX, easy access to the 405, 105, and 91 freeways, a short walk to the Metro Green Line station, as well as nearby amenities in the South Bay like hotels, dining establishments, fitness centers, and retail stores. El Segundo, recognized as the aerospace capital of the world, is home to major industry players such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman. With a robust economic foundation, prominent Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Chevron, Mattel, and Xerox maintain offices in El Segundo.
