As part of a retail portfolio acquisition by DPI in 2023, two retail buildings totaling 9,418 square feet are located along Main Street (Hwy 6), experiencing a traffic flow of 17,800 vehicles per day.   Situated just south of the Valencia “Y” intersection in Los Lunas’ bustling center, this area serves as a prominent retail hub, with neighboring businesses including an Albertson’s anchored center.  The properties benefit from their proximity to a recently built 1-million square foot Amazon fulfillment center, which has created 600 new jobs, as well as Meta’s Facebook Data Center, featuring a 6-building campus representing a $1 billion investment with future expansion plans.   Los Lunas, positioned along the Rio Grande River Valley in Valencia County, New Mexico, is centrally located within the state, approximately 19 miles south of Albuquerque, the largest city in New Mexico.
